12/3/08: Manchester United VS Inter Milan

Sneak out again, hehehehee... going to be so dead later in the evening. Well at least this match was more balance and with the score 2-0 going to Manure's side we all know who has the slight cutting edge. MU was going to score anytime of the game and what prevented that was Inter's physical strength which at times was a little too rough.

The first goal was a superb goal, the kind of goal you would expect in the middle of the game but no, it was a early reminder. Vidic was awesome scoring that goal as well as throughout the whole game. There were 2 people guarding him and they lost him after ball staring, he ran around and headed in the perfect goal. As for the second goal, I thought it was a offside, wasn't it? If it is because of the linesman then today is the linesman's turn to play s_hai instead of the referee. Even if it is the linesman's fault, Inter deserves it because they took too long to clear the ball.

Throughout the whole game both team played well but Inter wasted too many chances and that cost them the game. Seeing Inter play is just like seeing Chelsea play, good organization, not too bad defending, not much understanding. Whenever a Inter player gets the ball, no one opens space to give support totally unlike MU, and worse of all, Inter players can't dribble and run around as good as MU.

As for individual performance I must say Giggs and Ronaldo caught my eye. Ronaldo being himself and Giggs even at his age, he's still running like around younger players. In the blue, although Ibrahimovic's game play was good he doesnt seem to produce the finishing touch needed, wasted tonnes of chances and this is not forgivable. Balotelli, the Rooney in blue seems to be a promising player if he controls his aggressiveness.

Best MU player: Ronaldo/Giggs
Worse MU player: Scholes/O'Shea

Best Inter player: Cambiasso
Worse Inter player: Hard to pinpont one, because not one display totally cacated performance, does that mean the whole team sucks? Nah... Prefer to leave it blank
